Lunar Wellness Night: New Moon Yoga

A little space to breathe. A little room to begin again. Join us for an intentional evening of movement, breath, and connection. The experience includes guided yoga and breathwork, a tea circle and grounding ritual, gentle movement and deep relaxation, space to release, reflect, and reconnect, and an intentionally curated small-group experience. Please bring a yoga mat (limited rentals available), a water bottle, comfy attire, an open mind and intention, and a good vibe. Admission is $30. Available add-ons include infused shots for $5 and mat rentals for $3.
